According to Ayurveda the three pillars that support human life are Ahara(food), Nidra (sleep), and Brahmacarya (control of senses). Ahara (food) is given the most importance to maintaining positive health, proper food intake, and is the basic medicament than any other substance. You will be supported with personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations.
